1883 dated Morgans trades around $15-$20 for the average circulated specimens, and about $20-$25 in less circulated ones with luster. Minimum price for uncirculated 1883s start from $35 to tens of thousands depending on state of preservation of mint conditions. 1883-dated Morgans with a "cc" mintmark beneath the tail feathers of the eagle is valued higher from $75 up to over $1k. Very worn Morgans is valued around $12-$14, but in many cases, is just worth around bullion.
For your second question, you can sell your Morgan dollar at any coin shop, but bear in mind that when you are selling the coin to a dealer, you'll get less than the values I mentioned above(different dealers can quote different prices, so you may want to visit a few shops). And also depends on other factors like whether you coin is damaged, cleaned, scratched, etc.

Go on ebay and search "Coins". Depending on the condition, but a Morgan dollar could be worth $75 or more.
