bowel movement blood?

Question

For the past few days I have had blood in my stools and when I wipe (not trying to be gross). It hurts when I poop and it makes my butt burn and sometimes it feels like I still have to poop when I think I'm done. I am 24 yrs old and healthy. I recently had a sinus infection so I don't know if that would cause that? Also my husband and I are trying to get pregnant. What could be the cause of blood in stools and what could I do to stop the bleeding in my bowels along with the pain?
