I disagree with one of these answers because Ghana has Many rivers!
A major one is the Volta River! this river comes from the black volta nad the white volta rivers.
There is also the Afram river, Ankroba river, the Tano River, and the Ofin River.
Saudi Arabia is debateable. It does have rivers but has no PERMANANT ones (The rivers are all seasonal, 3-7 months). i do not know if that would classify as not having rivers.
You'd be surpirsed how many there are:
United Arab Emirates
Bahrain
Muritania
Qatar
oman
Lybia
Djibouti
Yemen
San Marino
Andorra
Monaco
Vatican
Kuwait (yes, the Euphates and tigris DO empty into the persiangulf in iraq, not kuwait)
Equatorial Guinea
Sao Tome and Principe
(these are all island nations they have small creeks, but no rivers)
Tonga
Tuvalu
Comoros
Marshal Islands
Micronesia
St. Kitts and Nevis
Antigua and Barbada
St. Vincent and the Grenaides
