Wow. All these posts and none of you right-wing apologists has been able to muster a single rational rebuttal.

Because--when it's a matter of convenience for the GOP--we'll fund our enemies to fight a greater cause. (Like funding and training Osama in the 80s to fight the Soviets in Afghanistan--for example.)

Then--much later--the Republicans will stab their former allies in the back by calling them "terrorists".

I read the article on the site you posted but evidently , you did not or you did not comprehend it very well. It reads:

" A New York man (that's one person) accused of trying to help terrorists in Afghanistan has donated some $15,000 to the House Republicans' campaign committee over three years. "

So this is about one man, and he donated money. And no where does it state that he "loves" Republicans.

If terrorists do love any party, it's the Democrats who are mainly liberals that do not want to stop the reign of terror. It also hurts morale of our soldiers fighting for freedom overseas and gives a platform of propaganda that the terrorists can use against the American people.

i'm no longer a Republican. yet i think of questions like this relatively pass the controversy nowhere, I disagree with Republicans on many (maximum?) subject concerns. I disagree with Republicans on the thank you to combat terrorists. even though it relatively is ridiculous to point that Republicans help terrorists. Al Qaeda and, incredibly, Bin weighted down, weren't destroyed through fact they eluded seize. you are able to keep in mind, that they eluded seize even with Clinton's attempt, and in spite of the reality that a fellow democrat, Clinton did no longer help terrorism. I choose greater sources were used to come across Al Qaeda and Bin weighted down, quite of going into Iraq. ok, so I disagree with Republicans. yet, Republicans surely do no longer help (or tolerate) terrorism, and any suggestion to the choice is purely incorrect-headed.

I remember a certain Bin Laden videotape where he threatened to target terror attacks in any city that voted for President Bush in 2004. In other words, Bin Laden was campaigning for Kerry. So while we can argue whether or not "terrorist sympathizers love republicans" there's no debating that the actual terrorists love Democrats.

They don't. They support if anything the liberal Bush bashers as it feeds fuel to the fire that America will just give up. Republicans for the most part and conservatives want to win this war and defeat the evil tyranny of Islamic fascism.

They don't, the terrorists fear military power that the democrats want to "cut and run" which make them lean to the left

Which story are you refering to? That site has a bunch of headlines and I'm not sure which one is about terrorist supporters and republicans.
