To answer the question...
It doesn't make a difference because you nor any other sheep is going to be naming a soical system becuase you are not a wealthy elite.

Let me let you in on something. A sheep is a sheep because of genetics. On this planet, the human race is on top of the food chain and you are a human by genetics. I know, I know, bear with me...I'll get to it.
If a person in America doesn't have the education, skills and inclination to work...he will be poor. Duh. If he is ALSO taken on the attitude and demeanor of a sheep then that is a DECISION!!!
If a person in America makes good decisions (gets educated, develops a good work ethic and applies it, gets a job, lives within his means (NO CREDIT CARD DEBT) etc. then THAT PERSON WILL NOT BE POOR...not here in America, the land of opportunity.
The first step in becoming a sheep is that a person has to decide that someone, or something other than yourself is responsible for decisions YOU make that result in the QUALITY of YOUR life.
You either make good choices and have a life or you DON'T and go Baaaaaaaa a lot about how terrible "life" is to the pooooooooorrrrrr.
And if you have made good decisions and have become "not poor" in your life BUT you still are braying like a sheep over the condition of those that didn't follow your example, then you are just a sheep in spite of all the opportunity you have to be otherwise.
Me, I CHOOSE to be the Shepherd. I don't think I would like being a sheep. Gets cold in the winter when the Shepherd is wearing my wool in the form of a coat and I am left shivering in the cold. No doubt about it...I choose to be a shepherd.

We (the sheep) have chosen our shepherds. The wealthy elite only rule because we let them. At any time, we could elect people into Congress and the presidency that are not a member of either major political party and are not multi-millionaires, we just choose not to. We truly have nobody to blame but ourselves.
