i'll do you one better! www.myxertones.com will let you upload whatever song you want as your ring tone....and it is free! so if you own a hard to find cd and want a particular song as your ring tone, you upload it, modify it to start whereever you want it to in the song and then it sends a text to your phone with the ring tone! totally free! there is a pay service on the site that will search for ring tones but i have found it much easier to just upload my own favorite weird hard to find music....

There's no such animal...all websites that use artist music have to pay a royalty.
I suggest learn to make your own. It's easy and once you do it, you never have to pay again!
