well its never shown, so its something open to interpretation, but its widely believed that not only was there proof of who the rat was, but contact info for Dignam (Wahlberg) so she could contact him, because he was really the only one he could trust. she obviously came thru if you've seen the end

Info proving who the snitch was. It was not the CD she listened to at a later point in the film because he did not have that info at that point.
