Sometimes we are selfish and think about our own problems and forget about other people . Sad.. . . but true .

Are there any victims' family members on this site ? If so, would you feel up to sharing ?

I lost my uncle in the North Tower, its still hurtful, time has healed the pain only a fraction, and then re-opens every Sept 11th when they replay the buildings falling over and over again. As a family we spend that day at Disney world as a family reunion and try to stay away from tv's that whole day or days leading up to the 11th..its hard but, you survive

I just had to elaborate, the people on here who continually start these conspiracy theories need to stop. It only adds to the hurt of our families. Its ridiculous....

THEY ARE DOING GREAT MANY OF THEM HAVE MOVED ON WITH THE MONEY THAT WAS ALLOTTED TO THEM THROUGH THE VARIOUS VICTIM FUNDS. THEY ARE PRACTICALLY ALL MILLIONAIRES. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON THE NEWS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE MEMORIAL BUT OTHER THAN THAT THEY ARE ALL DOING GOOD. I LIVE ABOUT 8 BLOCKS NORTH OF THE WTC AND THAT DAY WAS ONE OF THE SCARIEST DAYS I HAVE EVER LIVED. I WITNESSED THE PEOPLE JUMPING FROM THE WINDOWS. ALL I THOUGHT WAS THAT THINGS IN THE BUILDING HAD TO BE REALLY BAD IF THE ONLY OTHER CHOICE WAS TO JUMP FROM 80 STORIES TO THE GROUND.
I WATCHED THE BUILDINGS FALL. I HAD HAZMAT TEAMS CLEAN OUT MY HOME. IT WAS JUST A SCARY DAY. WHEN I HEAR THESE IDIOTS THAT TALK ABOUT A CONSPIRACY IT BOILS MY BLOOD. THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN THEIR TO SEE IT. THE BUILDINGS COLLAPSED THEY WERE NOT BLOWN UP.

Just like anyone else who has lost a loved one. Whether your family member died of old age, cancer, or crazy al Qaida suicide bombers flying commercial planes into two towers. Everyone knows how it is when someone close to you dies. Some take it better then others, some commit suicide from it. All in all, we must learn to overcome our weaknesses, or else our weaknesses will overpower ourselves.
