You can give a boy any name, but do you really want to saddle someone with a name that is unusual and hard to spell and pronounce and have him go to school and deal with it. That is if you are thinking of naming a child. Personally I think it's nice when people come up with unusual names, but think about what the kid has to go through. I was given a nice normal name and glad of it, there are enough things to be teased about,why add a name.
If you are asking can a guy you met be named that, well, someone can be named anything these days.
