simple i dont stress.
Stressing takes years off your life and causes wrinkles.
While a person stresses they end up brain locked and what could of been a simple solution could be totally lost while the person was stressing.
I should be stressing like crazy right now but what for.
I am american married to a mexican living in tijuana my old man was kidnapped by the federal mexican police and they tried extorting us and when they didnt get any money the made bogus charges against him threatened me and I still reported them and am fighting to make sure that my old man is realeased and that the 7 cops that took him are locked up for all thier crimes.
My son was beat up by the san diego poice and kicked in the neck which caused a blood clot to form and they had to operate on his neck and insert a tube to help drain the blood and so on and so on and so on but trust me I dont stress. You will always find a smile on my face and at 45 almost 46 I dont have one wrinkle nor do I have any grey hairs and I dont dye my hair either. I plan to live to at least 150 . I am in perfect health and I dont watch what i eat and only excercise when I feel in the mood. I am not fat nor over weight. I dont catch colds and cant ever remember the last time i was sick. I dont drink water unless it has some kind of flavoring in it. My escape is simply living with the attitude that whats the point of trying to take three steps at a time all you are going to do is wear your self out or trip and fall. and f what any one else has to say about my life since i am the one living it not them .
For those who are not able to do that then i suggest finding a quiet little brook and taking off your shoes and wade your feet in the water and listen to the birds. Along time ago before i learned how to not stress when life was botherimg me I would go to the beach at night and just sit and watch the waves roll in. SOme how they magicaly washed away all the pressures.

I lay down, close my eyes, and start writing stories in my head. I usually have one story that I 'work on' for months at a time. It is enough to relax me, sometimes I fall asleep; mostly its my quiet relaxing time.
My husband 'builds' things in his head - homes, birdhouses, etc.
Lately, I'm using it to visual how I am going to be living my life in a few years!

Walk, read, listen to music, exercise or just let my really twisted sense of humor go for a while. Sometimes all the above at the same time.

Meditation, reading, and music are really good. Also, one of my teachers said that females carry a lot of stress in their abdomen. If you lie down and just make sounds it's good for that, and it also helps with your vioce.

i read a lot.that gets me into another world if its a good book and helps me sleep by making me tired.
