I suggest Bradie for a girl and Brady for a boy. Just to be a little different.
Brady Walker
Brady Jackson
Brady Michael
Brady Sawyer
Brady Thomas
Brady George

Bradie Jane
Bradie Elizabeth
Bradie Symone
Bradie Lynne
Bradie Belle
Bradie Grace
Sorry, this is all I can come up with. Maybe it would be easier to use it as a middle name and just call them by their middle name??

I also think that Brady is pretty masculine. What about something like Braylee for a girl? That is very close, but with a much more feminine sound.

As for middle names, I would say something that starts with a consonant. With the Y at the end of Brady making a long E sound, you need something strong to start the middle name. (Say Brady Elisabeth out loud, and you'll hear what I mean.) Since the first name has two syllables, and the last has one, I would choose something longer for the middle name.

Brady Christopher Gragg
Brady Natalia Gragg

Brady Ian Gragg would make his initials BIG.
Brady Ulysses Gragg would make him a BUG. (Don't BOG him down ;P or make him BEG, since that's not his BAG.)

To me, Brady is a masculine name, but if you must give your girl this name, what about: Brady Genevieve Gragg? Other middle name ideas: Geneva, Rosalie, Luisa, or Cadence?

Skip names that start with S maybe because of what the first and middle initial would sound like together....
