nurse assistants, etc. Am I the only one? I try not to be but a sense of doom looms over me when I have to go to work. Can't think of anything else to do but be a greeter at WalMart, but I don't think the pay is there for me.

I wasn't a 'healthcare' worker, but I was a 'mental health care' worker and I definitely 'burned out' and retired 'early' at the age of 40. I am still a 'psychologist' but I don't 'work' for pay any more ... and if you can stand the 'downgrade' you'll take in pay, then you should go be a 'greeter' at WalMart ... because you'll be a 'really good one' and you may actually 'help' more people because you are also a 'nurse.' One of my 'favorite' jobs was as a 'waitress' after I had been a psychologist ... and people must have thought I was a 'good waitress' because most of them wanted to be seated on 'my side' of the restaurant.

I'm more enthused about being a Pharmacist now then I was 18 years ago when I started. Time for a new job for you.
