Can you be a little more specific about the white. Does it look like cottony patches or is it more like a slime? Does the skin look damaged, or do the skin/scales look healthy and does it look like it's the scales themselves? Silver, is not a disease color and if it's silvery, the scales are probably just changing colors as goldfish are highly prone to do. Between their fat little bodies and specialized eyes, moors are naturally pretty slow fish. Is it acting more slow than it used to? You need to look more closely at the area in question and give a more detailed description. Thanks!

90% of all black goldfish change color as they age. Moors should be active though. They have a tendency toward internal bacterial infections, so if your water tests out right, I'd get some medicated food or maracyn plus as a precaution.
