Desmond's flashback wasn't really a flashback.. he was reliving that time in his life.... somehow after he turned the key he got transported back to that time...
but he found out he couldn't change the past...

I LOVE THIS SHOW!!! Okay, so are you more confused than ever . . . now that Desmond's flashback appeared to let him alter his own history??? What? Craziness. And do you think they're going to kill Charlie? Man. . . I love the weirdness of this show.

I can't wait either!! but I hope Charlie doesn't die!---What about that lady in Desmond's flashbacks? How does she know all that stuff about him?
