There are a number of words. English is a fairly exact language, and it would depend just on what you mean.

If you mean that for example, women are not valued as highly as men, you may say devalued or degraded.

If you mean that women are hated, you may say hated or maligned.

If you mean actually hurt, you can say abused or mistreated.

Generally, though, devalue or devalued would be the best word.
