Damn, you really like putting Batman through his paces. This fight would never happen because Freddy can only go after teenagers/kids who are afraid of him. He gets his power from their fear. Batman may fear something but I do no think that has been found yet. If this fight were to happen and Batman went into the Dreamworld then he would quickly realize that his power would only be limited to what he can imagine, this would be not much. After a cat and mouse game Batman would realize that the battle would be a psychological one. Once that happens it is all over for Freddy. Batman's sheer force of will would overpower Freddy's evil and would send him back to hell where he could fight Ghost Rider(GR would win). Batman would wake knowing that he owns the night including dreams.
In order for Batman to enter the Dreamworld I went under the assumption that Dr. Hugo Strange played a hand in it.

I think Freddy cause he is a dream warrior, therefore Batman would be sleeping. He would BATter him in his sleep and then cave his head in!
