So my girlfriend brought up masturbation the other day, and it gave me two question:
1) She asked me when was the last time I masturbates, and how frequently I did. I know she was just curious, thats how she is, but how do you answer that question?

2) I know she doesnt do "it" very often to herself, and when I asked her she said she couldnt do it as well as I could. She went on to say, "What is the difference between masturbating and being gay?" She tried to justify this by saying if a guy jerks it, technically it is a guy getting a guy off, and vice versa for women. I disagreed because it is a person doing it to themself, but what do you think?

Tell her if you don't masturbate, she will have to give up the sex daily. I'm sure you'd be alright with that.

Everyone masturbates, both LGBT people and straight people. It is perfectly healthy.

I don't know where your GF got her faulty logic, but she is wrong. You must have another participant (or more) of the same gender to have gay sex. Having sex "with yourself" doesn't count.

It depends on your communication and disclosure levels, but for me, question 1) is only my business. Why does she need this information? Is she going to get jealous or something? Come on now.
