OK, I play dodgeball at our JH, but our school uses the little foam balls instead of a regular dodgeball. I'm OK at dodgeball, I can somewhat dodge balls, but I can't throw for jack. I can throw, but sometimes, it goes left or right. How can I learn to dodge better and throw better?

Also, I tried practicing dodging by having a friend use a Nerf gun to shoot the darts at me, but the darts are larger than the foam balls we use.

You need practice then try getting a member of your family throwing paper balls at you and try dodging them

Get a couple people on your team to throw balls at one or two people at th same time so atleast one of you are sure to hit them.

Wait until most of the balls are on your side, so the other team only has a few balls and then have throw them.

Don't aim at their face or their feet aim at their mid section becasue they can easily jump and move their feet away and the same with their head.

Know who the best people on the other team are and try to stay away from them when they are throwing.

Once you get a ball run up and throw it and then if people are there firing at you run as far back as possible.

Ha ha, and don't try the method of training the people did in the movie Dodgeball!

use your team to your advantage, everyone should hit the ball up when its thrown at them, so dodging the ball is actually somewhat of a bad thing, and just practice throwing, have someone else run around and u throw at them with similar balls

Throw at their feet at an angle (preferably when they're distracted by another throw). If you have two balls, throw one up really high in the air (to grab their attention), then peg them with your second ball.
