People usually only hear what they want to. So if I tell you something you don't want to hear, you probably won't believe it ieven if it's true. We feel uncomfortable by a lot of truths and we, as humans, twist peoples answers around to conform to what we believe is best to hear.

Human subconcious nature.

if everyone said what we wanted to her, then there would be no jealousy, no arguments or divorces, and it would seem that our entire life is as we want it... for example, if a guy tells his wife he wants to go golfing and he hers that she says yes but she really said no, and he went golfing and came back, wouldnt she be pissed. so there would be a fight at that moment if life, and then for sure we are not hearing what he want to hear, right?

Easy, ask little children. They don't know how to spare people's feelings yet. If you're fat, and you ask a group of kids if you're fat, those kids are going to not only tell you you're fat, but proceed to make gestures for you, too!

It is called clearly communicating and if that is not included in the conversation, just do not talk into air, if you are not really there.
