I wouldn't even say hellogoodbye is all that emo... they are more electro-emo-pop. So no, liking hellogoodbye does not make you emo... just because you like an emo band doesn't make YOU emo either. In review, liking emo music does not make YOU emo, you being emo probably means you like emo music.
