I guess Burger King is slightly better because you get more variety of toppings (you can leave some off, if you want - I always just get "pickles and ketchup" on my burgers there). The fries are pretty tasty, too. So, yeah - Burger King.
Sorry, I don't know which place is more sanitary and healthier. I don't have much experience/knowledge in that area.

I mostly eat McDonald's, I don't like the way that Burger King charbroils their burgers. They just don't taste good. As far as the sanitary thing goes, It just depends on which one you go to. The one in the town next to me is just plain nasty, and I don't like going there, but I have been to some pretty clean and nice ones. Here's a hint to tell if it's clean or not: check out the people that go in and out of the place. That should help you out. Good Luck!!

From my experience, while neither of the two are particularly sanitary, McDonalds is usually the more hygenic.
I've experienced more horror stories involving Burger King than I have with McDs!

I prefer Burger King because I can get an amazing chicken sandwich. A healthier choice then a burger.

Depends where they are. In my city, both are pretty sanitary but in some neighborhoods they are kept dirty. Healthier? I would say McDonalds for their breakfast.
