I'm alarmed about your physiology if people can see your vagina when you go topless!
Anyway, any decent masseuse will allow to you be as naked or not as you like. Some of my friends are happy to remove their bra but keep their pants (knickers) on. Personally, I'm quite happy to strip the whole lot off. That's why it's a full body massage. But they don't massage anywhere "private". My masseuse always asks if I want my breasts massaged.
These people are professionals - they have seen it all before. Your body is just the body of their next client.
I think it's a shame that people of all ages are still so embarrassed by their bodies.

You can be topless without showing your vagina, obviously. But if you want a full body massage, you should be certain that you consult with the spa first to determine whether they will drape you or not. Most will accede to your wishes, and although you really should be nude for a massage, it's your body and you have a right to show or not show it as you see fit.

Some massages, such as Esalen, are conducted with both client and masseur naked...it's the nature and philosophy of that technique. Most others, however, employ some sort of drape for the client.

Just ask before you set up an appointment.

and as others have pointed out you should be able to go topless without showing your vagina.

But seriously, keep on as much clothing as you are comfy with. Although I encourage you to push your boundry. I had a full body massage, for which I was nude, and it was fantastic.

Most places tell you that you are free to leve on as much clothing as you would like to. They keep you covered at all times. I didnt have anything on and she never saw anything. They make sure of it.
