I would love to answer your question, but it is so vague that it's hard to know what it is you are asking???????
If I were to assume that you are wondering if pet rats are the right pet for you, then I would like to invite you to join Holistarat, http://groups.yahoo.com/group/holistarat, a rat-only forum where you can talk to others and learn everything about the care of rats before you get them.
There's so much I could personally tell you, links I would like to provide for you, but I don't want to babble on about my favorite subject until I know what it is you are really asking for.
Bottom line: yes, you can have two rats :) Just make sure they are both the same sex. You don't want to start breeding this early in your rat-keeping.

Go to the next Democrat convention and take two of the candidates home with you. Make sure they don't breed.
