Yeah, he won it back in a TLC match at Unforgiven in Sept. 2006.
Also, technically, he lost the belt most recently to RVD @ ECW One Night Stand, and RVD lost the belt to Edge.
Cena lost to Edge @ NY Revolution 2006 when Edge cashed in his Money in the Bank after the Elimination Chamber match, and won the belt back at the Royal Rumble about a month later.
