I graduated from high school a semester early (dec 2006) and started college a semester early(jan 2007) is it possible to graduate in a year and a half or less if i take summer school and go full time ..i am going part time now(12 hrs)

Yes, I did it in a year. I took a few extra classes and did assignments in advance. So by the time all the other kids were in the second or third unit I was almost done.
