because they have no idea about safe seating and ticketing arrangements on the continent. look what's happened in italy recently. they're bloody hopeless in europe. fascist police that overreact and go steaming in with truncheons everytime an English fan is around, and club administrators that couldn't organise a way out of a paper bag. Clueless.

Uefa have got to hit the french hard for this, the whole security set was a disgrace.
As nothing been learnt from the Heysel disaster.
