man..... that would be way too much of a robbery temptation having that amount of cash in the office. it would get robbed every hour on the hour, the first of the month.

i own my own house right now free and clear, but while i was renting, i always paid by money order, it is the same as cash, and you get a proper traceable receipt

although my landlord accepted all forms of payment, he didn't care as long as he was paid, the neighbour upstairs paid by cheque, the neighbour beside us paid half cheque, and half in cash, don't know why just did, anyway on the other side of us they paid by cheque, and we paid by money order

Yes but my husband dosen't know that, so he gives me the 1200 cash, I give the landlord a little....and I'm 1200 bucks richer....hahaha eeewww lol !

mine doesn't accept cash. Only checks, money orders, cashiers checks and credit cards.
