you tube is ok only one problem you cant download and you can only upload 100 mb video in size max you tube website

It has a lot of problems because there are so many users (videos not showing up right away after they've been uploaded, comments not showing up, incorrect number of views/comments, etc.) but it is one of the most known video-sharing sites, if not the most. I still like it because there's a lot of videos to watch and navigation is simple.
