I have posted a "blog" on http://www.fish-forums.com/board/viewtopic.php?t=2542 It has a picture of the fish I have mentioned in another question I have asked. I now know that they aren't bettas but I'm not sure what they are now! Also if you have an answer to the question I asked on the blog feel free to post it here or there! Thanks in advance!!!

There are two pictures of the "Bully" fish on the site I listed. It is below the posting I wrote.

I don't think they are Betta's because they were all in the same tank. Typically don't they keep Betta's seperate because of how they will fight???

I'm going to look over the first site the first poster put on which I think I was already looking and they kind of resemble a mollie but I'm not really sure. I know I can't go by colors :) Thanks though for trying to help!

I take that back...after looking at the site Magic gave me...that is our fish to a T! The darker bigger one is like "Bully" and the lighter colored one further down looks just like One Eye. Same everything! Thanks Magic...now I know I need a 2nd tank!

What you have is Betta imbellis. Very similar to Betta splendens (Siamese Fighting Fish) and almost always ready for a fight, just as is it's cousin the famed fighting fish. They really are a wonderful and beautiful fish, care for them just as you would a Betta splendens. The sexes are more difficult to tell apart though yours appears to be a male. The females get quite plump when they are in breeding condition. Those are a quite rare find in a pet store in my area.

Hope this helps:

I remember your previous question. From your description, it sounded exactly like bettas, so I would have no idea what else to tell you. Please take a look at the fish on this site. While it doesn't list all of the strange, hard-to-find fish, it does list virtually all the fish you could ever want to buy for aquariums. Please do some cruising around and take a look at all of the pictures. Your fish can't be that unusual that it won't be on there. When you make comparisons, don't go strictly by the exact coloration on the pictures as fish can have more than one color and also because no two fish are alike and, therefore, won't look exactly like the picture. Use the body shape, fin size and shape, and other descriptive factors, etc. to make your decision.

Magic? How did you know its a betta imbellis? Was there a picture? I never saw any picture...
