I have absolutely no way of telling if you are pregnant from what you say. Bloating can indicate pregnancy, or PMS. Spotting can indicate implantation... or be the sign of a period starting. And four days late isn't enough to determine anything. Personally I'd go take a pregnancy test.

However, you should keep in mind that your period off the pill is probably going to be quite different from what it was when you were on it. You very likely won't have the clockwork 28-day cycles that you had while on the pill. In addition, the first month off the pill you probably have enough residual hormone levels in your body that your ovulation may be out of wack.

More then likely as you have only recently come off of the birth control pills there still having a minimal affect on your periods and so on as they will still be in your system after a prolonged time and dosage intake...

I wouldn't worry but when it gets to 2 weeks and still nothing i would think about doing a pregnecy test just in case.. At the minute i would just say that your system is delayed..

sounds like your periods coming. I'm not on the pill and mine is frequently 2 weeks late. Then when it does come it just spots tiny bits for a week before the flood gates open. Your body is adjusting to not having the pill and it will take a few months for it to work into it's own rythm. Don't worry about it. Unless of course you think there is a reason you might be pregnant!

What you have described could be common signs of early pregnancy OR they could be adjustments for coming off of the pill... you could take a test now... but i would wait a little while longer to be sure... if you are off of the pill it is unlikely that your period will be regular to start with anyway. Afraid time is always the answer to these questions...then take a test.

i had the same problem last month. i came off birth control in november last year bloating can be a sign of coming off the pill and your body adjusting to this. sometimes worrying doesnt help either. my period came a week later. if you have had unprotected sex you could be pregnant do a home test asap to find out! if you've not had unprotected sex then it can take up to six months for your periods to be normal. best of luck i know how you feel.

If you have been sexually active, you could be pregnant. It could be the change of going without pills too. that can throw your body off. Give yourself another 3 days and if nothing happens, get in touch with your doctor.

if you have had unprotected sex then maybe

your period could just be late as your body is adjusting to the hormones.

and if you are stressed that and make you late too.

if you have been having unprotected sex then the chances are you could be pregnant. take the test. they are not that expensive. if you are - pop along to your local doctors and get signed up for ante-natal and folic acid. good luck
