Specifically i want to know his record on the Indo- US nuclear cooperation deal. What is his stance on outsourcing , and what is his position on cooperation with India wrt to the war on terror

I don't know that he has had an opportunity to vote on the issues you mention.

Done a quick search and saw nothing India specific. I have looked at his voting record and saw nothing India specific that I can remember. He has come out in support of free trade and that would go in line with out sourcing. Looking at the pressing issues India doesn't even come up.

has he even been in the Senate long enough to vote on any bills in this area? I doubt it. He way too inexperienced!

I just love this gotcha game with guy...let get the microscope out. Lets check every little detail for something we can humiliate him with....there's got to be something there...Ah Ha. There it is...he's black, he's liberal minded...so let's trip him up.
