You have a 20% chance of getting your partner pregnant. But that is better than doing nothing at all. There is also the chance of contracting or passing on STDs.
This isn't the best method of contraception, but it is one of the oldest and the cheapest. Only use if both of you have been checked for diseases and are completely faithful, and if the thought of having a baby together is something you can both live with.
Not recommended for eager youngsters!

You miss the whole point of having sex. Plus you still can give her sperm cells in your pre-ejaculate, as well as pass STDs back and forth. Really not smart to do it without protection.

There is still semen in the preseminal fluid and she can still get pregnant so watch out. You can also contract or pass on an STD.

You can still get her pregnant because precum that runs out of your penis contains sperm which can get her that way. Be careful.
