should people be allowed disabled parking permits for sports injuries. afterall, like smoking it was an activity that the indivual chose to put himself at risk of injury by doing

Hell no! You shouldn't be allowed disabled parking for something you choose that you know is harmful for your health. There are plenty of people out there who need those spaces due to vision problems, wheelchairs, canes, hearing problems and whatnot.

what has disability got to do with smoking ? if they are disabled then they should have disbled parking permits irrespective of whether they smoke or not.

No they should have to park at the very ends of the parking lot so that they can finish that cigarette before they enter the store so that they all aren't standing around the front of the store finishing it and contributing to my second hand smoking.
