When I type I just use my index fingers to type but I want to learn how to type properly using all fingers. I know you are supposed to use the letters A, S, D, F and letters H, J, K, L as your resting position but I cant seem to get the hang of typing using all my fingers. Any quick, easy strategies for learning??

there are many, many typing softwares out there can help we become a better typist. One of the well-knowns is Beacon Mavis. That is a commercial software, and it's not that expensive at all. But you can always search around the internet for free ones. I promised that you can find a handful of it. Try www.download.com, www.pcworld.com (click on the download link), and many more places..

I found a great touch typing online lesson... go to this link and choose a lesson from the list on the left. http://www.typeonline.co.uk/index.html

I would also like to add that I learnt to type fast by typing up my mums college notes whenever she came home... It benefited both of us.

Good Luck
