ok...i'm 15 and have type 1 diabetes and pcos. i'm active in soccer and lacrosse and eat healthy and all that other junk. lately its been hurting to run or walk or just do normal activities. it feels like someone is like..stabbing my ovaries. i've also noticed my lower abdomen expanding...whats happening?

I have PCOS too, and I would suggest that you see a doctor. While it is 'normal' for us to feel ovulation.. with a sharp pain, it's not a common practice for it to be ongoing and lasting anymore than a couple of days TOPS! It is possible for you to have a cyst or even be pregnant, in which case you need to be seen either way. I always try to look at it this way, if I am worried about something being 'wrong'.. If I go get it checked out and it's nothing to worry about, then cool, I did myself a favor by not putting vasts amounts of worry into 'nothing'.. and if it turned out to be something? I caught it early enough for them to fix the issue :) So, always go get checked and ladies, TRUST YOUR GUT! We have that instinct for a reason :)
