bad dieting causes constant muscle fatigue. Not stretching properly also, and working out strenuously way too much.
If none of those are the problems, then maybe.

Maybe not stretching before and after exercise.. I'm going through the same thing with a hip from running. Pretty bad pain for two weeks. Yoga, Pilate's or plain stretching are good for you.
