Both places teach how to kill human beings and brainwash "soldiers" to fight and hate. How are they different? If you are a soldier, how can you sleep at night knowing that you might have killed someone innocent today?

They usually associate "terrorism" with religious affiliation...

having said that, if your government is led by religion then there is no difference:

That's a moralistic question that perhaps is best examined without the input of others. However, what I would suggest is that a big difference is that a boot camp is the training grounds for an official or sanctioned military wing of a government, wheres a training terror camp, like those run by the late Yasser Arafat or Osama bin Laden serve the purpose of political parties or religious ideologies. Most militaries have some degree of national defense or interest in purpose. Most paramilitary groups don't intend on working with governments but against them. I think that might be the distinction. Now that begs the question, "does something being official make it legitimate?" I'm afraid wars have been fought over that! Good luck on your search.

That is much like the difference between a cult and a religion.

Basically the same thing, the only difference seems to be the scale that they are on. Also being recognized by other organizations/governments makes a difference of course. (and I am not ragging on a particular country here, the "enemy states" also think they are in the right)
As to your real question about killing people though, I suppose that anyone in these situations believes that by killing some they are saving even more (same can be said with the religious thing too). The military though tries to avoid civilian casualties, whereas terror camps encourage it.
Does it help them sleep at night? I am sure not always. But a suicide bomber never has to sleep at night do they? They are already dead.

Exceptional point, and I am as against the current direction this country is taking as the next guy, but at some point you just have to decide to believe in something, or not believe in something. And I am going to CHOOSE to believe that Boot Camp is to teach our soldiers to survive in battle instead of how to kill innocent people.

Terror training camps teach people how to kill non-combatants, while boot camp teaches people how to kill other soldiers.

It's a very basic difference between a terrorist and a soldier.

Don't be ridiculous. Soldiers are taught to fight for the security of their country, their towns, and their families. Terrorists are taught to hide amongst women and children, until the time when suicide will kill the most bystanders. Soldiers sleep uncomfortably on cots in the desert, so that you don't get your tongue cut out for wondering such things out loud. In less tolerant societies, even asking a question like this would be considered treasonous. Soldiers are overseas right now ensuring you the right to express yourself. Just because our current commander-in-chief misuses them, doesn't mean the soldiers are at fault. They do what they're told, for you.

Have you been to boot camp???? Do you even have a brain??? Talk about brainwashed. Get you facts straight. American soldiers are not trained to kill someone because of their religion or because someone will not do what they believe is right. If people were like you in 1776 we would still be an English colony.

At boot camp, our soldiers go to school for long periods of time to learn how to defend our country without throwing away their lives. At terror camp, terrorists are taught to kill innocent people on purpose, and they are taught that we are evil and need to die to be sent to hell. Also, the instructor only shows the students how it's done ONE TIME. Hehe.

P.S. God bless america, and protect our soldiers who protect us at the cost of their own lives.

The difference is intent and action. Police officers and bank robbers both have guns and both shoot people. But surely you can see the difference there. You can, right? So, soldiers are the armed forces of a legitimate government used for law enforcement or hostility defense. Terrorists are aasholes who kill inocent people. How can you ask this?

The difference is that US boot camps are suppose to be used to fight for good and terror camps fight for bad. The only problem is that when evil politicians become in charge of US boot camps then US boot camps have to follow that evil leader whether they like it or not.

I disagree. Boot camps teach you how to fight, but also how to protect yourself and your team. I does NOT teach you how to hate. If anything it teaches you how to rely on each other and how to rely on yourself.
I think you need to figure out what is the difference between defending something and killing. Most American soldiers don't usually sign up to kill, they sign up for the opportunity to learn a trade, or to get out of poverty or get $ for school The fact that "shrub" has them fighting in an illegal war is something altogether different.
