I have wanted to be with many females. Being a respectable bi-girl though, I don't just hit on any girl that I see. I wait and chat it up and become friends before I would hit on her. That gives me time to make sure she's somewhat gay at least before I hit on her. :)
But yes, many times I have wanted to go forward with many girls. I am just too timid with my emotions even with the guys I have dated. :(

No, I'm a guy. The easy way is to try to suggest a 3-way with a guy and her, and see how she reacts. you could then always say to her (after she says yes), or maybe we'll just leave the guy out of it entirely!
