Homework?

It had some very funny parts, but overall I thought it was too predictable. The story was like so many other National Lampoon themes we've seen over the years. Still, some of Will Ferrel's great goofy moments are in this film. Worth seeing once, maybe not twice...

One of the greatest movies ever.

1) The party Mitch-a-polloza (sp) is on a Thurs. night, the flyer says to. Frank the Tank tells the guys at the party the reason he cant drink is because "tomorrow he has real big day planned, a nice little Saturday). This happened because Ferrell improvised and it was so funny, they left it.

2) Secondly, when Ferrell is holding the hockey stick and breaks the glass, the stick is flipped around in different scenes.

Wikipedia has some good facts also.

I don't have the time, but I'll give you a few suggestions:

1. The movie seemed really forced to me, at least. It tried to have this 80's college movie feel to it with the corrupt dean and everything.

2. It went way too much for the low brow without establishing why characters were funny.

I'm sure you can find more. I personally hated the movie.

Couldn't stand it, as a result of me preferring sarcastic humour as opposed to crude humour. Also, Will Farrell has to be the most overrated human being alive.

EDIT: What's all of this talk about homework? If this was a homework assignment, most teachers would pick something a little more... upper-class than Old School

That was one of the worst movies they could ever produce. Plot was terrible and they could've picked better people to play in it.
