Ok, round up every single spoiled rotten brat from the show "My Super Sweet 16" on MTV and send them out into the real world with only $1000 a month for rent, groceries, etc. and see which one comes out knowing the value of a dollar. Who's with me?

I'm sorry, it just sickens me to know those little brats are getting whatever they want just by saying "Daddy?" and I have to WORK for what I have!

Ok, how about this: everytime they spend the money they're given on something completely useless, the money will decrease by a hundred. When and if they get to $500 a month, they have to get a job and earn ALL their money instead of it being given to them.
Not sure what the title would be... I'll get back to ya on that one, LT.

Oh, and they only get to bring so many outfits from home and 3 material things like cell phones, curling irons, things like that...

Oh, oh, oh! AND! They could have like a boot-camp-director-type-person (just not someone actually in military dress and stuff) who puts them in their place when they try to act up. Like if one says "I shouldn't have to live like this" or "I'm a princess and should get whatever I want", have the boot-camp-type-person let them know they should appreciate things and lecture them and stuff like that... OMG! I am SOOO gonna talk to MTV about this!

That's brilliant! I would actually watch that show. Those "Super Spoiled 16" girls are really, really annoying and need to learn some old-fashioned life lessons.

Pitch that idea to MTV...I bet they'd consider it!

The individuals on that show have to be representative of the "excess" of greed and selfishness the rest of the world refers to when they talk about what's wrong with this country.

Im with you as far as the new show idea.....but, can we have some kind of punishment for those who still "don't get it" after the show? Could be another show in itself. Everytime they buy something they do not need, five homeless people come into their room and get to take 10 pieces of jewlery, designer bags or clothes, etc., and then the brat has to work and stay at the local homeless shelter until they "get it."

I agree that would be an awesome idea. The only problem is that they would probably all just end up dying because none of those wastes of space even have the slightest idea how to take care of themselves.
Can you imagine telling one of those kids they can only spend $1000 a week, let alone for the whole month? They would be horrified!

Here is a better idea send them out with a good pair of shoes to walk in to fill out all the job applications because mommy and daddy are not going to spoil them anymore.

I agree with you wholeheartedly. Some people just have it made and it's hard not to be working 40 hrs. a week and not even making ends meet.
