how do you unlock the ranger net on pokemon ranger?

i dont know how to get the ranger net so i can do the maphy mission.

The 1st answer is right regarding needing to beat the story mode. Once you beat it, Ranger Net unlocks.

However whether you need to beat the 3 Ranger Net missions before playing the Manaphy mission is uncertain since there are some people claiming you can do the Manaphy mission immediately after unlocking Ranger Net.

However completing the Browser isn't a requirement.
