Cajun Martini: 3 ice cubes in the shaker, a splash of dry Vermouth, shake or stir, strain (retain the ice) add 8 ounces pepper vodka,I have 10 ounce martini glasses) stir or shake, strain into the martini glass, put 3 or 4 jalapeno stuffed olices on a pick or spear, place into glass, sit back and enjoy. This is not fot people who don't like spicy things. This gets hotter the longer the olives sit in it.
