According to a video tape released to the media. In the tape Howard K. Stern gave Anna Nicole Smith some drugs and got her high as a kite. After getting her high he painted her face like a clown and made her talk to dolls. While videotaping it and laughing. How sad. It was sad however, there is no proof that Howard gave the drugs to Anna. Anna had a mind/will of her own.
Howand was an enabler but that doesn't make him a murderer or an unfit father.

Dude, I just watched the video and that shyt was f'n crazy. Anna was high as hell. Damn, I wonder how this tape got out? Her lawyer is a douche bag; I wonder if he gave her the drugs or if he just walked in on her like that. This story is gonna be the talk of the century!!! It's truly sad to see Anna talking to that baby doll in the stroller.

I do think that Howard K. Stern did contribute to Anna Nicole's drug use. He definitely didn't discourage it. Watching this video made me so sad and sick to my stomach and that the fact that she was pregnant makes me even more sad. That idiot is sitting there laughing like it's some big joke, which I think is so ridiculous.I bet he feels like a dumbass now.

"Behind closed doors..." is not justification for doing harm to a human being or beings. If that were the case, all people who belong in prison could claim, "Well, we were behind closed doors when we did it, so it's okay..." Privacy and individual rights do not allow for harm of human beings.
If this tape is not acting or doctored or an illegitimate representation of who was present and what was said to whom (because the voice off camera is not seen coming from someone's mouth, we cannot assume it did or did not happen at the same time.) It's very sad in any regard.

Tape shows the real reason for the refusal to have a DNA test. The baby was born an addict and they had to hide it in the Bahamas until it worked the drugs out of its system.

Well if nothing else it shows me he is an unfit man to be the child's father. It also shows me she was an unfit mother if she did drugs while pregnant. Maybe what people do behind doors is their business but if it involves a pregnant woman on drugs that is a crime in my eyes.

Short answer: I just got sick to my stomach. This stinks of conspiracy theory. It is odd, to say the least, that anna & her son both die, inexplicably, in the presence or near presence of this man.

I think what people do behind closed doors is their own private business, as long as it does not do harm to another.
That being said, if this is true, it's disgusting.
