No, he isn't dead..It was a storyline...and for those who don't know, he is Torrie Wilson's father...

No that was a storyline that the WWE came up with.
this is the story line-
Dawn Marie tried to marry Torrie's father( Al Wilson) as blackmail for a lesbian relationship between the two. It eventually turned out that Dawn had feelings for Al, and the two got married. Al then (kayfabe) died from a heart attack after having rigorous sex numerous times in succession on their honeymoon. Wilson defeated Dawn at No Mercy in October and again at the Royal Rumble in January.
