Who knows where the other little boy is picking them up. Don't overplay your concern. However, you may not be comfortable with your son staying over there unmonitored anymore.

You need to have an honest and open discussion (if that's possible) with your sister about her son. Something's up.

there are a lot worse things that they could be doing. personally if my son, who is almost 3, told me that i would laugh and tell him that its not ok to kiss people's butt... but seriosuly why are you getting so upset they are 3 and 5? don't you remember being a goofy kid and doing stupid or gross stuff...

in response to your additional comments. yes, i do have children. i actually have 5 children, 2 boys and 3 girls. maybe her son did see something he shouldn't have and i am sure if that did happen it was an accident. sometimes children walk into bedrooms without knocking. and i am sure it is embarassing for everyone involved. i never suggested your child was lying. i am suggesting that you are overreacting a little here; along with most everyone else... tell your child it was inappropriate & calmly talk to your sister about it. its not the end of the world.

Have a good laugh, calm down then have a heart to heart talk with your sister. Just explain your concerns, requests & whatever else that concerns/worries you.
