No, most people who do have money and/or fame are not crazy. It is just a slice of humanity like can be found in any category. But, it does seem that some people are better able to handle being in the spotlight.

Fame and attention are very difficult to handle.
Yes, it often makes people go crazy in a sense that they either become very possessive about their celebrity status or they become uncomfortable with media attention, they start running away from away from every thing, even from themselves.
Then whatever they do is out of frustation most of the times, britney is a fine example.
As far as Anna is concerned I feel she wanted to stay in the news, that is why she did all those crazy things.

They no longer stay centered, they loose their purpose in life after achieving so much.
They become like a dog who races with a car, when he wins he sports a dumb expression which says -- 'What next?'

They can do very well if they give their lives a bigger purpose, consider doing something like Bono.

Money gives an individual a lot of power. Power is never bad or good its how that individual decides to use that causes all problems.

If you give 10000 dollars to a 13 or 14 year old more than like they are going to blow it up doing crazy stuff. You will have to know how to use money to not go crazy. Most people who get famous and get rich should immediately hire a good financial cinsultant, but most never do.

With her recent activities in the public eye, she needs to either enter a rehab facility or get some serious therapy from a Psychiatrist. She's running around like a girl that's been lock up in prison for 10 years and wants to hit every bar in sight. Shaving off her hair was completely mental. I shave my hair off at least once a year because of over processing it from coloring it. I look good bald, but Britney doesn't. I think she's a boozer and a little nuts. She seems to be trying anything just to feel like she can fit in or be accepted by the world. The girl needs to be put over her daddy's knee and given a good spanking.

(1) I'd like to TRY money and fame "on for size" to see what it would do for me. It can only make you crazy if you allow it. (2) If Anna Nicole were living in Texas, her mother would have killed her. (3) Britany Spears would have probably been better off in Louisiana, but the boredom and attention that she wants that she couldn't get in Louisiana would have killed her.

Money makes people crazy.

Anna's estranged mother, who has not spoken to her in years and years is a perfect example. That woman is the devil.

I think the answers to your 3 questions are yes, no and yes. and there's no reason for money to change people but I've seen it happen right before my eyes and it's sad.

If the person already has serious issues, it multiplies them by 1,000,000---some people handle it better than others, but it probably makes them all a little crazy.
