How much to eat?

How much baby food or cereal does your 6 month old eat? I've read all kinds of amounts, some seem like a lot and some hardly anything. I was just wondering what the rest of you do :)

I started my baby on solids at 41/2 months so by 6 months she was eating 2 mini meals a day, pureed veg or fruit, cereals, anything that is sloppy and doesn't involve chewing.

let your baby decide how much....with my first, i started a little late, he couldn't get enough solids! he gets mad between spoonfuls!!! At this stage, they won;t over-eat. they'll spit out if they've had enough, or just plain dont like it.
