Pihrana's-There's one in Fort Worth and one in Arlington. I've heard there's one in Dallas too though. This is my favorite one out of them all.

There is this amazing sushi place called "Steel" located in a tall building called the Centrum near Cedar Springs and the Oak Lawn area in uptown. A little pricey, but that's expected if you are looking for good, safe seafood! here is their website for more info: http://www.steeldallas.com/

I know there is a Nobu in the Crescent by Mckinney. Try Citysearch Dallas, they have restaurant info and reviews.
