How can i reduce the size of a pic in picture folder to 80 x 80 ?

So i can use it on a site as an avater? cheers

Even my photo bucket acc, will not upload them that size, and it cant be any bigger either way.

Fetch a piece of photo software or better yet borrow it from a friend - Photoshop is the very best shrinker, but Paintshop Pro is not too bad.
