In the song Answers, from Afterglow, there's a scratchy part around 2 mins in, before the chorus (when it goes away). There's antoher one aroudn 3 mins. When I was listening to the cd, it seemed like part of the song, but now on my MP3 player, it seems like a defect. Her voice is garbled and stuff too.
Is this some effect they put in the song, or a problem with the cd?

My version of that song doesn't have any parts that sound scratchy or garbled. I think there is probably something wrong with your cd.

try cleaning it and if that doesnt work then it might be part of the song unless there is a scratch on the back of ur cd.
